  • Original tags and packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase (such as the order confirmation email) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Used, worn, or damaged items not caused by a manufacturing issue
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

How to Start a Return

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Florivina cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchanges

At this time, Florivina does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
